Senior Account Manager - Sales

Novera Consulting is currently seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive to lead our business development efforts in the Orange County and Los Angeles regions. The Senior Account Executive’s primary responsibility will be to drive new business and opportunity for the company as well as to deliver on the execution of aggressive sales/marketing goals. The candidate will be responsible for building new client relationships while maintaining relationships and continuing to grow opportunities with existing clients. The Senior Account Executive will work closely with Novera Consulting’s partners and project managers to propose effective solutions to clients.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales/marketing goals using proven sales techniques
  • Generate leads and secure appointments
  • Build and maintain client relationships
  • Respond to inbound inquiries
  • Manage contact and customer database

Prerequisites

  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • 3+ years experience selling services in the software and solutions services industry
  • Experience selling to and communicating with C-level executives
  • Proven sales record showing significant growth over time
  • Self starter with ability to manage and maximize time
  • B.S. in business, sales or marketing

Additional Information

  • Located in or near the Orange County or Los Angeles region
  • Knowledge of Enterprise systems and Microsoft products
  • Experience in mortgage, financial, and health care industries a plus
